Station + Project quality indexes

We need to think of the way we want to calculate:

• IJP
• AQI
• CAQI

First idea, calulcate separately for PM2,5 and PM10 in each model and provide it in API.

@zen can You provide info which air quality indexes are actually ok and how to calculate them based on PM2.5 and PM10?
