I haven't seen anywhere in documentation etc that shows the need for aapt.exe.
Without it, the app opens the apk but all fields are blank.
I created subdir tools and put it there and all works.
Note in case its useful to others. I don't have Java installed, just JDK, so had to set JavaPath in the ini. Also I only have aapt.exe as it comes as part of android build tools, which I downloaded to support B4A which I have installed.
