Hi... seems there is a dependency missing, or reference to a maven pom missing?

Cloned from master and ran maven from peer-core/ directory:

$ mvn clean install

Don't think InstantWebP2P/tweetnacl-java is in Maven's repos. Also the version 0.0.1 doesn't exist on iwebp2p's releases.

Also tried using jitpack to install from github: https://jitpack.io/#InstantWebP2P/tweetnacl-java/1.1.0

Add the following to the pom.xml:

		<repository>
		    <id>jitpack.io</id>
		    <url>https://jitpack.io</url>
		</repository>
	</repositories>
	<dependency>
	    <groupId>com.github.InstantWebP2P</groupId>
	    <artifactId>tweetnacl-java</artifactId>
	    <version>1.1.0</version>
	</dependency>

but this didn't work either, with same error stating it doesn't exist:

Could not find artifact com.github.InstantWebP2P:tweetnacl-java:jar:1.0.0 in jitpack.io 

Have tried with all releases listed on their github repo: https://github.com/InstantWebP2P/tweetnacl-java/releases. Also tried with the dependency removed altogether but its definitely required.
