Regression: Text input does not retain focus after calendar opens (v6.10.4)

I have confirmed an issue in version 6.10.4:
When selecting the text input field, the calendar opens but the focus immediately moves away from the input.
In version 6.9.9, the input field retained focus even after the calendar opened.

This behavior is not a problem when users always select a date/time directly from the calendar.
However, in many cases we copy and paste values from other fields.
With the new behavior, the user must click the text input twice (first click opens the calendar, second click restores focus), which decreases efficiency.

Could you consider adding an option that keeps the text input focused even when the calendar is opened?
This would help preserve the previous workflow where users can immediately paste or type into the input field.
