Wallet CLI need to re-scan for output transactions go from "Unconfirmed"->"Unspend"

I got many “Unconfirmed” output from a confirmed slate tx, which according to my test, I need do a re-scan otherwise they won’t become “Unspent”

I never need to re-scan with the old v2 wallet+node
