[BUG] TOR listener on bootstrap fail on windows #33
Description
when starting the wallet listener with TOR. The stdout from tor.exe returns non utf8 chars which results in a "invalid utf8" stream error. The Bootstrap info from tor can not be converted for wallet cli print info.
To Reproduce
Create a windows account with a non utf8 char in account name "ú (ascii 250)"
Start wallet listener.
Bootstrapping TOR output fails.
