Unexplained crashes

As per title. The game sometimes crashes and restarts and I can't figure out what causes it.

Obviously, I can't attach a log since logs aren't saved on crashes.

We should add some kind of ability to copy logs on a crash for easier diagnosis. Somehow, this suggestion hasn't been raised in Issues before, so I'm raising it now.

Thanks to Dani helping me set up a local instance, I've managed to diagnose and fix some crashes with #144.

(However, the general sentiment remains that players shouldn't have to set up an entire local instance of Riichi Advanced in order to diagnose crashes; they should just be able to send in a log.)

There are still some unexplained crashes with Malaysian that need to be looked into at some point. That particular variant functions jankily and I'm not sure why.
