No idea when it happens, most players should not use commands as we have different moderation tools.

Most likely what happened was an exploiter attempted to bypass one of the anti-exploit checks that are default inside Adonis which failed causing them to be forcefully kicked & crashed although a side-effect being that their client would immediately start erroring from said code. Though this should be now resolved in #2007 once pushed.
