STORY-054: Sticky Survey Header #22
Description
User Story
As a Survey Participant,
I want the survey header and progress bar to stay visible at the top while I scroll,
So that I always know my progress and can see the conference branding.
Context
The survey has 19 questions which requires significant scrolling on mobile devices. Currently, the header with the Equal Experts logo and progress bar scrolls out of view. Keeping these elements fixed at the top provides constant orientation and progress feedback.
Acceptance Criteria
- Header (logo, title) remains fixed at top while scrolling
- Progress bar remains visible below header
- Content scrolls beneath sticky header without being hidden
- Minimal vertical space used on mobile
- Submit button remains accessible (not obscured)
- No scroll jank or stutter
