User Story
As a Survey Participant,
I want to see question numbers displayed on each question,
So that I know my position in the survey and can reference specific questions if needed.
Context
The survey currently displays questions without visible numbering. Adding question numbers (e.g., "Question 1 of 19") helps participants understand their position in the survey, provides a reference point if they want to discuss specific questions, and complements the progress bar with more precise positioning information.
Acceptance Criteria
- Question number displayed on each question (e.g., "Question 1 of 19")
- Numbers increment sequentially from 1 to 19
- Total count reflects actual number of questions
- Styling is consistent and complements existing design
- Works on desktop and mobile
- Screen reader compatible
