Fill lines in PR body #610
Description
When I create a PR from a branch with a single commit in the GitHub API, the API fills lines to avoid unnecessary newlines, which avoids 72-char justification in the PR body text.
It would be neat if git-disjoint did the same, without chopping a single newline too many!
