Documentation regarding config dir

Hello! Just took a glance at the config and there were a couple things that were unclear in the current documentation:

1. swaync man page says -c is the path to the config file. How do you change the path to the css?
2. Is there a way to override the css location?

FWIW I'm using nix and manage my config as part of my system configuration, so any config files will get put in /nix/store/CONFIG_DIR - I intend to override the config dir location to the nix store path.

swaync -s PATH for the CSS file. For more info, run swaync --help and swaync-client --help :D

Also, swaync checks the XDG_DATA_DIRS env variable for the config/css files if a custom one isn't provided
