"swaync-client -R -rs" only reload the the config.json, did you encounter?

I tried to reload the config and css for swaync, but swaync-client -R -rs can't reload the style.css. swaync-client -rs -R can't reload the config.json. I had to type the command swaync-client -R && swaync-client -rs to reload config and css at the same time。
did i miss something about swaync-client --help ?
