Persistent control-center window

I'd like to have a control-center running persistently on a particular display as a regular window (something like sidebar at the right) and not disappear.

I've tried all the options but control-center still disappears when i click somewhere outside its window ( and i can't even move its window).
Is there any way to toggle control-center window and always display it at a paricular display/position without overlaying other windows (in other words to be a regular window)

P.S. Just found that the option "layer-shell": false make it a floating window which i can move and it does not disappear. However, i still can't make it a regular window which is not on top of other windows.
P.P.S. If i toggle floating mode (with option layer-shell: disable) after showing the control-center window it becomes a regular window and i can do whatever i want with it. So it seems to be a working solution.
