Redirect attack tasks to closer idle groups #35
Description
If some group finished its task then scan for active tasks and if the idle group is much closer and have enough strength to take this task then redirect task from farer group to this one. This should be executed if new target from selectTarget() is too far. This should greatly improve scouts harassing.
