dsmr 4.0 support ?

Love the script :)
But I had to change minor parts to be able to use it in the new version of the Dutch Smart Meter Requirements (dsmr 4.0).

• the OBIS data
  some output numbers are changed, but the major issue here is the gas data.
  dsmr1 : 0-1:24.3.0(131223100000)(00)(60)(1)(0-1:24.2.0)(m3)
  (00490.415)
  dsmr4 : 0-1:24.2.1(140812090000S)(00039.979*m3)
• the connectivity
  for the dsmr 4 the connectivity has changed alot, my settings are:
  self.device.baudrate = 115200
  self.device.bytesize = serial.EIGHTBITS
  self.device.parity = serial.PARITY_NONE
  self.device.stopbits = serial.STOPBITS_ONE
  self.device.xonxoff = 1

If you can think of a nice solution to integrate both or more dsmr versions, I welcome a pull request :)
