MS Teams integration without a Teams Bot

Scoold-Pro integration with Microsoft Teams is well documented.
but it is based on a Bot creation.

I do not have sufficient privileges to create a Bot at my organization.

However, I am able to create a Microsoft Teams Connector Incoming Webhooks.

I would like Scoold to provide very basic Teams integration by leveraging this webhook functionnality.

This may be quite limited compared to the Bot integration.
If Scoold could post Teams messages when new questions appears, it may be a big step forward for my users.

As an example, Grafana monitoring system is able to send customized alerts to Teams using this "Connector/Incoming Webhook" entrypoint.

Thanks for the feature request! Implementing this will take some time as it is currently a low priority but it's a nice feature to have.
