Run hooks with conda environment

Hello,

We're starting using mookme for our monorepo as it totally fit with what we have (a multilanguages monorepo). It looks really cool, but, I didn't see anything about conda environment. In our monorepo we have 1 Node project and 2 separate Python project. The separation between these python project is done using two conda environment. Is there a way to define the conda environment to use with the hooks?
