bug: Docker Compose demo isn't working (macos/aarch64)

Summary

docker compose demo guides are not working for me currently. I'm getting the following error:

 Message:  Unable to subscribe to HotShot block header stream: Custom { message: "HTTP error: 200 OK", status: BadRequest }

This was working for me last week of December, so perhaps this is some kind of drift.

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to run the demo on macos/aarch64 (M1 or M2).

Native sequencer and native rollup is working fine btw. But, ENV variables need to be set appropriately. (:8545 is the wrong websocket default given the current sequencer setup; it should be :8546.)

Hi @l-monninger, I am using macos/aarch64 M3 pro, and I am running it natively as well. May I know which line in the file of which repo that you changed from :8545 to :8546?
