Hotkeys are not available for the first numerisation #61

When the tool from an example above is activated and points are added on the map, I should be able to use hotkeys on the keyboard, but they are not available and do not work during the first numerisation :
When the first numerisation is finished and saved, all hotkeys become available :
How can I make hotkeys available from the beginning.
