Update the input window to include the import function

This feedback/enhancement request came from a business partner trying to use the coordinate conversion add-in. The user suggested moving the import button to the Input area of the add-in. The reasoning given was that it made more sense as a workflow to work top-down in the add-in.

Improve this issue with a screenshot of where we expect the buttons to be. Before we include that screenshot, we should work with the UX team to get input on where those buttons should be
