Under the EssentialsX Spawn + New Players category.

newbies:
    customtext: customtext1 customtext2 customtext3

Basically like the motd, but only for new players.

Additional but eh:
Repeat: do the customtexts this many times on join starting their first join.
Might be good for retention or "getting the message through," but feels rather clunky or inefficient.

newbies:

    repeat: int
