Subfolder for books for easy management

Right now there is just one file for books, book.txt. It would be nice to have an entire subfolder, in which every file would parsed as if it was a part of book.txt. That would be a change similar to #4407.

On another note, it would be nice to not have to write &r in these files to make a blank line.
