Add /mail read /player/

I think it's may be very useful. For example, we have a special player with name Adventure, that cannot be used by real player (it's banned), but other players can send mails to it and then we can use it like staff mailbox. But currently there is no way to read other player mails, except for reading userdata/uuid.yml file
