Allow enchanted books to be traded

I've been searching far and wide, mostly only finding posts about using the buy or sell sign function for enchanted books and it being corrected to just using a enchant sign or people asking about using trade signs for enchanted books with no replies. I have attempted to test it out in game with EssentialsX, however I have not seen it work and just assume you can't. I'd like players to be able to trade enchanted books with the trade sign functionality on my servers using the trade signs. After a search here it seems no one has suggested it and here I am suggesting this functionality.
