@s or some kind of selectors like in the notchian /give, /tp etc...

I have a feature request and one question.

New feature: More Selectors in commands

Basic description

I propose, that, we add to commands that accept a player as an argument, selectors.
With selectors, I mean @s, for self , @p for nearest player, @A for all players ("*" already does this), and others. I will put a small table below, showing some selectors I propose. I would be glad to contribute. I have experience in writing Bukkit plugins.

Why

This feature, would be super useful for old servers who use notchian commands. e.g. command block that teleports the nearest player in an adventure map.
