[request] add TNT block damage to EssentialsX Protect

EssentialsX Protect has two useful blockdamage preventions, creeper-blockdamage and enderdragon-blockdamage. However it's common to need more than this. I'd like to permit other explosions, like TNT explosions, but simply disable the block damage aspect. Please add an option to prevent TNT block damage to EssentialsX Protect.
