[request] add block damage whitelists (from AntiCreeper)

Currently, EssentialsX Protect's blockdamage options turn creeper & enderdragon block damage all on or off. However the related unmaintained plugin AntiCreeper as the nice feature of optional block damage whitelists (or blacklists). This allows creeper block damage for some blocks (e.g. dirt, grass) to preserve the vanilla feel, while disabling it for all other blocks. Please implement such block damage whitelists.

Sadly that plugin is incompatible with EssentialsX Protect, so there's presently no way to achieve this when using it.
