Change the walking speed in /whois to match the same format as flying

The walking speed does not match the fly speed in /whois and I don't really understand why. For example, doing /speed walk 1 will display in /whois as Speed: 0.2. But if you do /speed fly 1 and do /whois while flying, it'll display as Speed: 0.1, which, to me at least, is easier to understand compared to the numbers that display for walking (0.2, 0.289, 0.378 etc). This becomes even more confusing if you factor in /speed 1.8, 3.4 etc.
