Add /seen to the EssentialsXDiscord bot commands

Hi, this suggestion is pretty straightforward. Using the bot command /list, people on Discord can see who's online on the server. In a similar way, by using /seen they could check a player's online/offline time. It shouldn't display the IP or geo, just the status and time, like in-game. Thanks for considering this!
