Custom AFK list name

Allow player or authorized player to custom their AFK list name.

Usage

/afk custom "I'll Back in 3 min"

then

sendMessage( AFK_DEFAULT_MESSAGE + "and left a message: " + custom );

then the Player List showing:

 - I'll Back in 3 min - Player name
 - Other online player name
 ...

More like:

 - Have dinner - <Player - name>
 - Take a break - <Player - name>
 - Showering - <Player - name>
 - On Nuclear Reaction - <Player - name>
 - I'll be back in 5 min, BTW, tell Steve to harvest the carrot - <Player - name>
 ...

allways-allow-custom-afk-name should be a essentials.afk.customName.ignore permission or something, we generally leave that kinda stuff to there.

I'm not entirely sure the point of a selection for AFK stuff, unless you mean it's placeholder or something, it'd probably be better to just allow custom input.

Finally this would probably just be "AFK.. with a reason" and not a "custom name", maybe it'd show in /list, it should show in /msg afk_user or whatever commands.

IMO it would be best to allow custom text in the /afk command, producing
osfanbuff63 is now AFK (<message>)
I don't think it should show in /list, but it should in /msg. If the user has essentials.afk.auto then the message should say Automatic afk - I have been inactive for x min or something along those lines.
