EssentialsX per world respawn handling

Hi, it would be useful to add per world respawn handling.
Useful escenarios:
A dungeon or pvp world where I want that players spawn in a specific spawnpoint there of spawning in the server spawn/beds, so I would need to disable essentials respawn handle in that world to use the default one.
