/execute in <dimension> run tp does not teleport correctly with EssentialsX

When using EssentialsX-2.21.2 on paper-1.21.8-50. https://essentialsx.net/dump.html?bytebin=8imX1fc8eW

The command:

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp 0 100 0

does not teleport the player to the correct dimension.

I have already tried:

• Disabling the tp command in config.yml of EssentialsX:

disabled-commands:
  - tp

• Defining an alias in commands.yml of PaperMC:

aliases:
  icanhasbukkit:
    - version $1-
  tp:
    - minecraft:tp $1-

You shouldn't do it because it breaks even without essentialsX.

Even after this, the command still does not work as expected.

Interestingly:

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run minecraft:tp 0 100 0

works correctly, which suggests the alias is recognized but the plugin still interferes.

This issue only occurs with EssentialsX installed; it works fine on a plain Paper server.
