1 HYPOTHESIS
We believe that introducing two listening and speaking activities through role play and reflection will help teachers implement them more easily in the classroom.
2 OBSERVATION
We observed out of the two activities, most teachers had heard of one during a workshop they attended but had never used it in their classrooms.
3 LEARNINGS & INSIGHT
From that we learned that rather than just explaining the activities verbally, role-playing with the teachers and using more visual presentations helped participants better understand the activities.
4 DECISIONS AND ACTION
Therefore, we will develop more classroom activities and introduce them in the upcoming meetings with improved visuals and a more practical approach.
