Learning Card

**Test name:**BEC 11th Community Meeting
**Date of learning:**27/05/2025
**Person Responsible:**Karma Dolma

1 HYPOTHESIS
We believe that an introduction by a guest speaker on the six stages of Bloom’s Taxonomy, in relation to Buddhist and language subjects, will benefit educators from various monastic institutions teaching at different class levels.

2 OBSERVATION
We observed that participants did not raise specific questions or doubts about the stages of Bloom’s Taxonomy. Instead, their questions focused on how to teach language to students who are learning it for the first time.

3 LEARNINGS & INSIGHT
From that we learned that participants have been using one or more stages of Bloom’s Taxonomy, but not in the correct sequence, often missing parts of the complete framework.

4 DECISIONS AND ACTION
Therefore we will further explore Bloom's Taxonomy stages in the next meeting with interactive activities, and include this topic in future on-site training at monasteries and nunneries to provide hands-on support and deeper understanding.
