**Date of learning:**13/06/2025
**Person Responsible:**Senge, Namdol, Karma Dolma

1 HYPOTHESIS
We believe that providing an online training can impact wider audience with low cost but can still
enhance the monastic teachers professional development

2 OBSERVATION
We observed that providing online training comes with voice/audio gap, limited interaction with each participants and their engagement and brings a limited possibility to assess the learning.
Principal and teachers are expressing their interest for the future training at their monastery.

3 LEARNINGS & INSIGHT
From that we learned that an online training allows to outreach our project and training to the other monasteries building interest on further training.
An online training is not sufficient for higher engagement through that participants are seeking for the on site training as well.

4 DECISIONS AND ACTION
Therefore, whenever we will conduct online training, we will use strategies to ensure higher engagement (eg. asking for main challenges and expectation before the training to make it more relevant AND involve one of their teacher in the training's planning to ensure onsite engagement and bridge the gap with the online trainers).
We will also conduct onsite training directly at the monastery, and follow up with online trainings as well as inviting them to join our community to support their professional development.
