**Test name:**Teaching language through Bloom Taxonomy stages
**Date of learning:**12/06/2025
**Person Responsible:**Karma Dolma
1 HYPOTHESIS
We believe that providing a practical example that demonstrates how Bloom’s Taxonomy can be applied in language teaching for Buddhist educators in monastic schools would enhance understanding of the different stages of Bloom’s Taxonomy by showing how each level can be used in real classroom activities.
2 OBSERVATION
We observed that the questions prepared in advance for the meeting encouraged teachers to engage more actively and ask deeper questions related to the topic. A few teachers who joined the meeting for the first time also had the opportunity to understand the topic better by asking questions.
3 LEARNINGS & INSIGHT
From this, we learned that when the meeting topic is broad, it is helpful to repeat the same topic in the following meeting to encourage deeper interaction and discussion among the teachers.
4 DECISIONS AND ACTION
"Therefore, we will maintain the meeting pattern of introducing a topic in the first meeting, followed by a second meeting focused mainly on interaction and discussion of the previous topic—depending on the topic’s suitability and relevance.
