• Circulate Meeting poster in social media and group chat
• Send key take aways from meeting
• Preparation of presentation related to buddhist monastic setting
• Conduct meeting
• Discussion in break out room
• Record meeting
• Collect feedback
• Upload Meeting recording on YT channel
• Send meeting recording link on social media
• Create learning card

METRIC

And measure:

1. No. of participants
2. No. of engagement and interaction
3. No. of quality of participants generated questions
4. No. of positive feedback received

CRITERIA

We are right if:

1. 10 educators attend the meeting
2. 05 questions raise by the educators
3. 03 quality of questions receive
4. 07 positive feedback receive
