Create a standalone (fat jar) version of the plugin

Some environments don't have constant access to the internet. My suggestion is to create an alternative EternalCore JAR that has all of the dependencies shaded in and does not use the runtime dependency loader.

I’d just like to point out that Paper itself won’t even start without internet on the first run. Since that’s already required there, why should EternalCore behave differently? It’s reasonable to assume internet access is needed for the first startup as well.
