Installation fails for RAD Studio 10.2 Update 3 Tokyo

Hi,
during installation of SVGIconImageList 4.4.1 an error is raised. Please see attached log.

Where can I find this log? I searched the installation folder but doesn't find anything.

What I can see, the specified file C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Bpl\dclSVGIconImageList250.bpl", does not exist on file system:
(translation: Error on installing of package")

Hi, I don't know if it helps in this case, since my oldest available Delphi is 10.4.2. I opened and rebuilt the D10_2 groupproj in this version and got the following error message when SVGIconImageList was compiled:

I added vclwinx to the requires clause of SVGIconImageList. After this the rebuild completed successfully.

I've no problem installing components.
Im using Delphi 10.2 Update 3:

After installation I've tried also manual installation:

Opened: {SetupFolder}\SVGIconImageList\Packages\D10_2\SVGIconImageListGroupPackages.groupproj

Show "Build group Panel":

Click on "Build the current build group" (performs build of all packages with 32 and 64 platforms):

My log is:

No warnings, only two Hints for use of Image32 svg-engine

So, I don't understand why in your version you must change the packages as you described...

Please make those steps and give me "full" message log of your manual build...

I tested both ways and did these steps exactly the same way.

The error does not occur during the build, therefore no error log. Compiling the group works without any problems.

Only the installation of the design-package “dclSVGIconImageList.dproj” is acknowledged with the above error message.

Maybe it's because I'm using a starter edition?

It could, but I don't know the limitations of the starter edition.
Is this the first time you install "desgin" package in the IDE or have you done it with other libraries?

Yes, I have already installed many design packages, including some I created myself. So far there has never been a problem.

but after add TSVGIconImage in project, there is AV in D:\Comp\radBerlin\SVGIconImageList\Image32\source\Img32.Text.pas
