Ideas for MVP of "Rights"

With the philosophy of being least prescriptive as possible, while still providing strong suggestions for guidelines, what "Rights" should the template enumerate? (Note that adopters are not obligated to accept any or all of the suggestions from the template.)

For reference, here's our starting list:

1. The right to attribution
2. The right to pseudonymity
3. The right to participate in community governance
4. The right to conscientious dissent
