Add EPS Shared Resources Page

## What this Issue is about?

We should provide a list of shared resources that the EPS can share with other communities in order. We can have a separate document and mention it to every process that is related or needed.

Those resources could be: Zoom licenses, youtube channel (for sharing), Google ecosystem, etc.
