When we respond to the ticket, the ticket is not "actionable" until we get a response back. It would be great if tickets like that automatically landed in some less visible place, like bottom of the list, or separate list altogether.

Another nice to have would be to have some visual feedback (color maybe?) about age of the tickets, so we can quickly see which tickets didn't have any response in a long time.
