Improve sprints time and location information (#1465)

### `/sprints`
Add section "When and where?"

### `/venue/#sprints-venue--saturday--sunday`
* Remove redundant 'Where" header
* Add references to `/sprints` and `/beginners-day`
* Change wording to make references feel less awkward
