Confusing names for stream types #604
Description
Input streams are typed Run directory and ZeroMQ bridge to distinguish between a by-source format or stacked arrays. While this was historically true, both are actually ZeroMQ bridges. At the same time, the native by-source format (i.e. RunDirectory) is nowadays preferred in either case leading to confusion. We should choose more precise names, or remove the stacked option altogether.
