zsh tab completion fails when file path starts with ~

I just discovered this:

```
h5glance ~/selected_frames2.h5 ind<TAB>
```

Results in:

```
h5glance ~/selected_frames2.h5 ind~/selected_frames2.h5/: unable to open file
```

Probably we just need something to expand the ~.
