[BUG] 脚标插件不兼容问题

Bug 描述

使用hexo-reference或者hexo-footnotes插件时，脚标的序号会重复渲染，原文的脚标也没有中括号，点击脚标时候定位内容的位置也不准。具体内容可以看:

复现步骤

1. 安装hexo-reference或者hexo-footnotes插件
2. 使用md的脚标语法[^1]和[^1]:

预期行为

原文：戒断反应[1]（[1]为右上角并且缩小）
结尾：1. 戒断反应.......
点击脚标文章页面能够定位到正确的位置
