[Feature Request] Tagging and Filtering Installed Mods

Allow the user to tag mods and use tags to filter through installed mods. Example use case would be to filter between custom maps and dependency mods.

my usecase would be something like maps, assets, features, helpers, qol, stats, and skins

but ultimately it should be customisable of course
