i18n plz

Cloud you please add other languages? It is not easy for me to read English since I am not good at it.

Olympus doesn't have a language option (I could fix that), however I'm the sole maintainer at this point and I could only translate it to French 😅

If a language option could be added, I could translate to Mandarin Chinese.

Dev Olympus now has French and backwards English, if someone feels like tackling another language it all happens in src/lang.lua and sharp/CmdUpdateAllMods.cs
