Description
- when you tell tholus to install/enable a mod it is set as explicit
- command to disable any implicitly enabled mods, unless they are depended on transitively by explicit ones
- another command to autoremove implicit mods not depended on by any explicit ones
- notifications when this might be appropriate a la
apt's "n packages installed but not used" nags
